Trouble sleeping

Hey all. Most likely this topic is all around CF. But hey, I can’t manage to think straight at 3 in the morning with no sleep. I’m just here wondering how many others share this unfortunate hobby.

Whenever I can't get to sleep or stay asleep, it's usually because I'm hyped up from too much activity before going to bed.

Phone use, restroom use, health problems, financial problems, general worries, family problems, singleness and lack of an intimate relationship.
