It was just a matter of time.
And this person is a male not a female, no matter how much he mutilates his sexual organs.

own home though.

If a law needs to be passed over this, then the culture is already beyond what any law can fix. We're talking about something which, when Western societies were healthy, was simply not done. If a man did get into the habit of going into women's restrooms, it was dealt with outside the law.
This is why I don't fault Trump for not weighing in on the matter. I think it was wiser not to.
So as much as everyone puts their head in the sand on this issue, gender is not so clear cut. Whether you accept it or not genders include all kinds of variations eg XXY - so...where do you want them to urinate. And once you (or better still the law) decides where that should be - accept it n then just punish people who break laws. That includes Manly men hiding out in toilets assaulting boys who come into toilets as well....which btw is the 95% not the 0.1 percent we are focusing on hereIt was just a matter of time.

I don't want to see laws that make it easier for strangers to abuse children. Right now that isn't as easy for a stranger to do as someone familiar to them. Why give the stranger a greater opportunity than they have now?Snopes already has a webpage up on this.
FACT CHECK: Was a Transgender Woman Convicted for Raping a Young Girl in a Bathroom?
As was already mentioned, the crime occurred in a private bathroom in the girl's home, and was perpetrated by a family friend.
Snopes also cites the following ...
"The sad fact is children are far more likely to be abused or raped by someone than they know than by a stranger. The Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network estimates that in 93 percent of sexual abuse cases reported to law enforcement, the victim knows their abuser."
If you really want to put a dent in the incidence of child molestation, ... bathroom laws are barking up the wrong tree ...
It does not say in the girl's own home, it could have been in the guy's home or even another friend's home. The title is misleading ... this crime was not committed in a PUBLIC bathroom (i.e. the ones we're all concerned about), but rather by a family friend in the girl's own home ....
Laws don't "fix" anything. Criminals break laws - that's why they're called "criminals." Laws can lessen then number of crimes, by punishments and by societal rejection. Legalizing what should be criminal, however, is insane.

The Left got this bathroom thing started.
Their goal is for anyone to use whatever bathroom they believe to be right for them. Problem is, many of them don't know right from wrong.
My wife is a teacher in California and hopes that she reaches retirement ago before this bathroom issue comes to her school -- already talk.

70 years isn't enough. Isn't this EXACTLY what they told us not to be worried about happening? These people are still guys, with guy hormones, still attracted to girls and now others want the right to use women's bathrooms? lol
I'm fine if a man wants to dress like a women, but I think they should use the men's room, what's next men dressed as women using the women's shower room.A transgender Wyoming woman was convicted Wednesday of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl inside a bathroom.
Michelle Martinez, who was known as Miguel Martinez before identifying as female, was found guilty of first-degree and second-degree sexual abuse of a minor and could face up to 70 years in prison.

No, what is next is men dressed as men using the women's shower. The law as it stands in Canada is that if anyone feels like they are a woman on any given day, then it is hate speech to insist that they are not, regardless of how they are dressed, or regardless of the appearance of their secondary sex characteristics.I'm fine if a man wants to dress like a women, but I think they should use the men's room, what's next men dressed as women using the women's shower room.
All the bathrooms in my house are for whatever sex happens to be visiting. I've never seen young boys without a parent in public restrooms.
