Ok, I know I don't post much in this section... But have a serious question I want to ask.
First off, I am in my first year of college. I am an elementary education major. My husband and I are talking seriously abiout moving to a different state once when this semester is over with. (Lots of issues that I don't want to get into right now as to the reason for the move.)
I am just wondering, for those of you who have transfered to a different college... How difficult was it to get the credits to transfer? Did they all transfer, or did you have to retake some classes?
I'm worried about this, because school has always been difficult for me. And I really don't want to retake any classes that I have already passed. They were tough enough the first time. (And I really don't want to have to retake any of my math classes...)
So what has your experience been with getting credits to transfer to a different college?

I would call any school you're thinking about attending and ask them how transfer credits are handled. They will explain if there is any difference in how the credits are awarded, as well as if there are any classes you can not transfer.
