oh yeah? What do you do for a living?Your welcome and it is expert medical opinion.
But not really right? There HAVE been a few studies that question the WPATH but it hasn't been DISPROVEN yet. And frankly, those doctors tend to sound pretty ideological. We don't need to pretend. They don't know what to do. Thats why they turned to WPATH for answers and now we know what a corrupt and fake organization that is. We have research done now by plenty of countries who have shown it's not effective in solving the problems. And there is NO research that proves it is.
That that is a strict part of the treatment path. They need mental health care to work through the issues and cope with the problems that come with the condition,
I am a MILLION % down with encouraging and treating the trauma any of these kiddoes could have gone through. The 3 trans people I know had SIGNFIICANT trauma's in their life but were never in a financial position to be able to get enough therapeutic support to really get into that.providing they are REALLY trans and not suffering from other problems or trauma that has led them down the trans pathway.
And of COURSE they couldn't tell the difference so of course that is a reasonable other possible explanation. They may just be autogynaphelia.
I suppose you are talking about when a child has two sex organs. Yeah that can happen. But we aren't talking about that. We are talking about the transgendered who have the sex organs of a single sex. Which means they are just recognized as the sex they were born as. Its obvious. The doctors don't see a girl and then decide to call her a boy. They dont agonize over it.Sometimes they do actually.
There have been intersexed people improperly labelled by doctors because their anatomy was unclear. I don't feel a need to go into too much detail but if needed, I could I guess.I suppose you are talking about when a child has two sex organs. Yeah that can happen. But we aren't talking about that. If you don't accept the reality that's is us vs. them then you just have your head in the sand.Yes. An incredibly small amount of people who would resort to that level of violence. They don't represent any of us. Not you. Not me. No-one on this forum. To try to to divide people into two groups, to insist on an 'us and to them' is rarely a good idea in the first instance. To then try and include those who would kill for whatever reason as a representative of one side or the other is madness.
Yes, there are morons who dance on graves. On the right and the left. But don't make the mistake that mindless rhetoric is in any way comparative to actual violence. And don't think that for one moment that those morons from both sides of the politically divide represent the majority. They don't represent you or me.
Are you aware that Newsom is the leading contender to be the next Democrat presidential candidate? Smart move on his part.Read these words about Kirk:
“We should all feel a deep sense of grief and outrage at the terrible violence that took place in Utah today. Charlie Kirk’s murder is sick and reprehensible, and our thoughts are with his family, children, and loved ones.
“I knew Charlie, and I admired his passion and commitment to debate. His senseless murder is a reminder of how important it is for all of us, across the political spectrum, to foster genuine discourse on issues that deeply affect us all without resorting to political violence.
“The best way to honor Charlie’s memory is to continue his work: engage with each other, across ideology, through spirited discourse. In a democracy, ideas are tested through words and good-faith debate — never through violence. Honest disagreement makes us stronger; violence only drives us further apart and corrodes the values at the heart of this nation.”
You might not know who said that. If you don't, then you certainly wouldn't be able to tell if he or she was on the right or the left of politics. And you couldn't tell because it doesn't have any bearing on what was said. It was actually Governor Newsom. He saw a moment when we needed to be brought together, not divided. That it was a time to highlight what we have in common as opposed to what separates us.
I will leave it to you to find comments from other politicians that don't do that. I don't want to get into an us v them situation...
I didn't say anything about gender. This is probably outside of the scope of this forum but so is your post in that case, so I can at least ask. What does genetics and DNA have to do with gender? Are you thinking about sex chromosomes? If so, was everybody genderless until sex chromosomes were discovered by Edmund Beecher Wilson and Nettie Stevens separately in 1905?
Do you happen to know what the "regret rate" is for gender reassignment surgery and do you think the regret rate is important? No its not. It hasnt been proven to be effective. But even so, adults can still do it.
They could be. I suppose I'd have to ask them.So is someone who has gene therapy for cystic fibrosis a denier of genetics and biology?
Again. 99% are easily identified. The rest already have medical diagnosis that already state whether they are male or female. Like a male with this condition, or a female with that condition. But we are not even talking about that are we. We are talking about an XX or an XY who think they are something else. So please dont deflect the point with more whatabouts.No. It is not.. Thanks for showing another aspect of the debate you are unfamiliar with

Most of these on the surface provide any clear indication of gender (some do....but it is not as "simple" as that)...to say nothing of the other DOZENS of internal physical sex markers or other types of intersex that exist that are not necessarily chromosomal.
Isn't it interesting that we assign an intersex kid at birth and sometimes they still manage to "feel" a certain gender; even if it's the one they weren't "assigned".
YesDo you have kids?
There aren't.Why are there two sets of rules with this?
I'm at a loss as to why this is so difficult for some people to understand. When that guy was targeting those Democratic lawmakers, I seem to recall statements to the effect of implying that it's the ideologies of the conservatives and their overall rhetoric that lead to those behaviors.
Again, that might be the reason he did it. And one, it's not an excuse for doing it. And two, it only represents his twisted view. It's not the view of the rest of us. And I really do mean 'us'. You and me and everyone else on this forum and all other reasonable people who think that shooting anyone for their politics is madness.Or more succinctly, an entitled sense of "This thing that's important to me is so important, that it can't be left up to the will of the people at large"
I know that mothers and fathers understands their children far better than someone who has never met them.Funny. I can GUARANTEE that I understand my wife FAR better than her father ever did.
You think that being a parent automatically imbibes you full knowledge and understanding of your children?
Incorrect.
ESPECIALLY if you think that empathy is a problematic.
Parents unstand their children better than anyone who has never met them.Parents don't always understand their children well.
No. It is not.. Thanks for showing another aspect of the debate you are unfamiliar with

You may not be.This shows a complete ignorance of transgenderism and debate around sex assigned at birth. Everyone acknowledges that there are birth defects including chromosomal issues that create defects in the body. No one and I mean NO ONE is arguing differently.
Intersex.Doctors are well aware that chromosomal abnormalities can exist. Everyone does. In regard to transgenderism it is an irrelevant concept. There are ONLY TWO a sexes. There are not three or four. No one has identified a third sex. There is male and female. Thats it. And the fact that there can be an abnormality or defect doesn't change that. Just like we can say humans walk upright or have two arms and two eyes. A child born with only one arm doesn't make them something else.
