There is a fundamental misunderstanding that with mental health disorders, you can just STOP them. That you can take a medication and poof. It's gone.
Doesn't happen. At best they just tend to minimize symptoms and the impact that the disorder has on your life.
So what TREATMENT do you expect people with gender dysphoria to receive that you think is the RIGHT treatment? I mean, let's pretend doctors didn't know what to do and they came to you for answers....

DNA tests are pretty accurate dont you think? Kinda hard to get it wrong. But again, on those rare occasions, the doctor will make the decision based on a medical diagnosis, not because how the child was feeling that day. Gender surgery isnt one of them. You cant fix a mental health issue with cosmetic surgery.
