OH PRAISE GOD FOR ANSWERED PRAYERS!!!!!!
Today I found out the child molester was finally served his EPO! We are safe!!! The EPO cannot be enforced unless he has been served. A wonderful deputy from where he lives called me to let me know they had just served him.

I received a call from his probation officer today also. Apparently he had "slipped through the cracks" and was not even being supervised. He had a probation officer but was not being made to report to him. I spoke to the prosecutor first. He told me to call the probation officer and let him know he wanted that file in his office today. He also wanted a report from the probation officer. I called the probation officer and told him what the prosecutor said. Later I got a call from the prosecutor again. He gave me lots of kudos for not giving up. He also told me he had the file and that it had been very clear to the molester he was not to contact any of us. He said the probation officer was willing to come to my county and testify that the molester was aware and would recommend that he be sent to prison. The prosecutor is making a motion one week from Monday to revoke his probation!!!! I am hoping to find out just how long he will have to serve. He was facing 20 years on each count, and had two counts.

Today my hubby and I called our daughter (the victim) inside and sat her down. We told her we had some good news for her. Then we said to her " so and so is going to prison" She screamed at the top of her lungs! She jumped out of the chair. She kept screaming and jumping. She was so happy to know he will finally pay for what he did to her.
I am going to talk to the prosecutor and if I find out that he will be put into cuff's in jail, I am going to try to arrange for her to witness the cuffs going on, and him being taken away.

Today I feel so relieved. Its been almost 3 years since he pled guilty. Finally he will suffer in the same way he made her suffer.

I feel as though the Lord has stood up and said "NOT MY CHILD" God Almighty has stood up for us, he is fighting the battle for me and my daughter, he is protecting us, he is seeking vengeance for the wrong that was done to my child.

I have always known God is with me. I have always known God is with me, but never in my life have I felt the way I felt today when I was called and told they intend to revoke his probation. Its as though we have been healed of a horribly disease there was no cure for other than Jesus.

Thank you Father God for fighting this battle for us. Thank you Lord for protecting us. Thank you for seeking vengeance for the crimes committed against my little girl. Thank you Father God for loving us so much!
In the precious name of Jesus
Amen

I just got off the phone with the prosecutor. One week from Monday he is making a motion during motion hour. There will be a trial date a few weeks after that. So for now the monster is still out walking around free. We do still have our restraining order for now. We go to court for that on May1. That is the same day the prosecutor is making the motion to have a hearing to revoke probation.
Please keep praying that he will be put in prison, where he should have been in the first place. They have now realized he was charged with a lesser crime than he should have been based on her age at the time of the assault.
Also praising God for this wonderful prosecutor who agrees, along with the probation officer who agrees this man should be behind bars.
