Background: Toril was very young when the collapse happened. The facist leaders soon recognized her superior abilities and took her from her parents to train her to be a future leader. Their organization, called Youth in Action (YIA), masquerades as a Boy Scout kind of organization but really it is nothing like them. The "school" is more like a high security prison and the children are the prisoners.
Appearance: Toril has brunette hair cropped to her shoulders in the girl's style of the YIA. She wears the typical uniform of a YIA scholar, black slacks and a red polo-style shirt. Her eyes are deep brown.
Character: Torl hates YIA. She realized long ago that their government was corrupt. She has tried numerous times to escape and been beaten for it. Now using the very leadership skills taught to her by the YIA she has formed a small group of student rebels who are planning an escape.
