The concept of a "perfect state of being" is not something governed by the science of evolution. That's a philosophical viewpoint and one that not everyone subscribes to. So it really has nothing to do with the discussion.

And if so, can you give an example

I do not mean certain chemicals or radiation but "supposed natural" occurrences as a result of time and change such as diseases and viruses and other such things present apart from manmade input into things such as drugs, chemicals and such

Can these "naturally present things" effect a change in our DNA
