Tooth ache

Saturday night I started having some tooth pain.
Got much worse over the course of the weekend.
Can not touch the tooth even with no pressure - certainly can not eat on my left side.

Hot and Cold bother it. May be looking at a root canal. OR not.
Have an appointment to see my regular dentist at 1 PM EST.

Praying that the dentist is guided to properly care for the tooth.

UPDATE:

When I went in I thought it was one tooth. The dentist took an xray and found it was NOT the tooth I thought.

No root canal necessary - it was not from a lost filling or simple decay.

The tooth cracked so needs to be crowned. Have a temporary one on now.

Will be replaced with a gold crown in about 8 weeks.

thank you so much for the update!! it is encouraging when we hear of those... many prayers we pray, we have no idea the effect it has.. i am glad your pain is gone, most of all.

Glad to hear that the problem isn't as bad as originally thought. Pray that it stays together & doesn't break apart. I've had that happen & it ain't no fun.
