No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

more confused now...

I agree, but I wonder if 3rightsmakealeft has really read through the thread? That post is not suitable for your situation, in my opinion. Please pm me if you need ongoing support. Also, on these forums, one must make choices to accept and reject certain information.

just thought id let you all know i have cut down the time i spend exercising each day to 2 hours... i feel lazy for doing it and like i am packing on the weight...

Do you have a therapist to help you through this major step forward? I have just prayed for you. You know you are very couragious and strong, and God will guide you through.

You have taken a wonderful first step. It is not possible to be "packing on the weight" in such a short time period. Are you taking in the same calories? Is your water consumption the same?

As has been stated, you should not rely on this forum for such a serious matter. There is wonderful support here and there have been some awesome testimonies. However, there can be misleading information presented, too. The most important aspect is that you need one-on-one assistance. At the minimum you should seek the council of a health care professional. At your age you are most likely creating havoc on your hormone regulation, too.

Everything in moderation... except love for God, neighbor and thyself.

ummm... i think im taking in less calories... and not drinking as much water either... which i know is bad... im trying to keep my water intake up..

MatthewEn, to be honest... i was doing that on top of my rowing trainings...

Im actually starting rowing again tomorrow... which is exciting...

just thought id update you all on how i am...
im ok i guess... still doing almost the same amount of exercise... but im eating about 800 calories a day now... have put on weight which was upsetting but am starting to lose it again hich is good...
thanks for all your opinions and support about all this...
