Yes, a lot of people will go see it and im sure Hollywood will make sure of that. I for one have not read the book and I won't. I will not see the movie either, I will not waste money on anything that is hostile to The Church. And I think that Catholics should show their disagreedment with the movie by not watching it. Hit hollywood where it hurts them, don't give them your money.

If the movie is anything like the book, then it might be a good idea to read up on the book, because people will probably be asking how factual it is (and if it is like the book, then it's basically fiction)... There's a critique on it here, if anyone is interested.

Suffice it to say I won't be seeing the movie; maybe I'll look at reviews just to see how close it is to the book. Why should I reward Hollywood for making the movie if it ends up spouting lies like the book does?
