Today I've been booking a break over in Norfolk.
Planning to visit the church in Walsingham to scatter Dad's ashes and then off to stay in Titchwell, a village on the coast.
Love the North Norfolk Coast. Such an amazing place with it's wide skies, empty beaches, and miles of national nature reserves with its amazing wildlife and birds. Look forward to strolling around the RSPB reserve and taking my camera!

Today we have been reading all about alkaline foods which are good for making life uncomfortable for Peter's cancer. All the berries are alkaline, so we had some raspberries after tea this evening.

Sunshine today... cold wind! and we are still praying for healing and restoration for Peter. We are eating alkaline foods, it is basically vegetarian. Lots of books to read. How to kill cancer with food. Today, staying in the warm and reading.
