  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

my $.05:

Momentum....some tracks are very good...actually most of them. However, Bonzi Buddy was quite overdone. It was okay for the intro of the first track, but he kept popping back in throughout the cd....ugh enough already! Now, onto Mr. Truett. Listenin to that album makes me want to find the kid and give him the biggest hug possible....I don't know what it is about the kid, but I crack up everytime i hear his track.

Welcome To Diverse City: What can I say about this album? EVERYTHING! This, by far, surpasses his freshman album! He adds various styles to his music. The album never dies down to a boring track...it's highly energetic and interesting. hehehe...TrueDog The Return...now I would REALLY love to see this kid perform if/when Toby goes on tour. He's so cool. I have no idea how old he is...but I'd love to see what he can do to kinda steal the show while his Dad takes five. I downloaded (gasp) the album on 10/13 to listen to it and see how i like it. I listen to my music for the most part in the car and at work on breaks...so once it was downloaded, it was slapped onto the ipod. Loved theh album instantly! Payday was that friday...first transaction out of the checking account, literally, was family christian stores for $10.xx. I seriously cannot get enough of this album! Well done, Toby...and if you tour in Nashville @ any point, I'll be there!
