Okay so the debate has well and truly been flogged, but perhaps we could have a little poll to see exactly how many believe what? This isn't a "i'll do whatever the majority thinks is right" type of thing - it's that i generally want to know what the numbers of this site think

So... how far is too far?(tick all of the boxes that you think are acceptable outside of marriage in a commited, Godly, long term relationship). I ask kindly that only Christiansreply to this poll.

Shoot. I definately read that wrong. I thought it said tick all the bocxes hat are NOT acceptable before God. Could a mod change the results so it is 1 less for all but French Kissing, and 1 more for that. Sorry!!!!

I know of one thing that is definitely not acceptable to God; to make up some list of dos and don'ts, like "touch not" and "handle not".

I don't believe that this issue can be answered in blacks or whites. I think that almost all of the above may at sometime be justified, or at sometime be inappropriate. I myself think that the line should be drawn at actual intercourse, or any variation thereof. Anything leading up to this point is at the discretion of the people involved. Because while one thing may be acceptable for somebody, it may be too much for somebody else.

I think all of it is pretty much inappropriate, but there is a slight gray area. The point is not to lead into a sexual relationship. Avoiding that is basically what needs to be kept in mind.

Heh, that's actually pretty common for christians. Always on the lookout for inappropriate stuff. I must admit I almost made the same mistake, because just like you, I'm accustomed to christians being more preoccupied trying to define sin than righteousness.
