Today, a number of the Church hierarchy are openly expressing a "welcoming" attitude to the presence of LBGT movement at the 2018 World Meeting of Families. In fact, as one reads the list of cardinals, bishops, and others slated to speak at this meeting, half (9 out of 18) of the speakers are recognizable as those that have publicly expressed their support for "welcoming" the LBGT into yje Church as family.

Well, hopefully the pope stands firm in support of the word of God.
It's already a tall order because of the massive perception that he is already decidedly in the pro-LGBT camp. Not necessarily a true perception. But massive. As the Irish Minister for Children and Youth Affairs has said, “Pope Francis has given hope to many.” Those 'many' will be there in force to push their agenda of paradigm change. On the other side, you are right, is the word of God.

If I was a bookie I would be taking bets that any response will be so ambiguous that even a team of lawyers couldn't make sense of it.
If we pray and fast and do the novena thing maybe it will be less ambiguous.
