  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yes and no. Sometimes I like the radio on, but most of the time I don't like it at all...too distracting.

Bwahaha! Oh my...I've had quite a few weird dreams...kinda hard to pick one. :D

Here's one of my most recent weird dreams (copy/pasted from my notes):

I had the weirdest dream...I was out shopping with Mother at a mega mall. She kept throwing all of her purchases in my hands and arms until I looked like something out of a cartoon...ya know, when the wife is always shoving things at the husband until you can't see the husband because of the pile of purchases. Yeah...I was like that.
Then my dream abruptly changed and I was in a business suit, following a man and a woman through a CIA office. Strangely enough, the office was in a mall...but anyways, we're busting in a CIA office, trying to steal a rubber duck. I kid you not.... I grabbed it and ran out of there, but the man and woman went else where in the office...I have no clue what they were up to. I got outside and started running, but I thought 'this is stupid!' and turned back, but a ton of men in black suits armed with machine guns surrounded me before I could take the toy back.

Hmmm...I dunno if I could quite pin-point one that was the best...but a recent one I had was absolutely wonderful! It was up to Vermont for a wedding (a couple of CFers from here, in fact). ^_^
