CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I give credit to another girl on a different forum I was on years ago. My original screenname used to be Squeaks on that forum and was going to be the same when I signed up here, but when I went to register, it said someone already took the name...so I used the nickname the girl made up...Squeakers.
I love it so much...it seems to fit me to a T.

Daha! Yes, I squeak. I can really talk in a squeaky voice.
One of my favourite hobbies right now is crocheting. 'Tis so relaxing and quite fun. I've already made a few stuffed animals, scarves, and headbands. Next project: a cactus garden.

Where do you see yourself in five years?
Oh goodness...I have no clue! I mean, I would like to see myself married to a wonderful man, living on a homestead with maybe a child or 2...but only God knows what'll happen in 5 years. Who knows, I might see the Lord by that time.
