I cannot stand tracts that are disguised as money. They are deceitful. Especially when given as a tip at a restaurant and leaving no actual tip. I once worked at a restaurant with some people that were not Christians and most servers rely on tips to pay bills, food and other amenities. When these deplorable "ministry tools" are used it doesn't do anything but deceive the server. It's not meeting a need, it's showing how much of a immoral person one is. One of my coworkers received one, that looked like a $100 the same night that someone had stolen her purse at the restaurant. She was always one of the best servers we had. Always made sure here guest were comfortable and treated them with the upmost respect. She struggled financially, having to pay for school plus her child. One other coworker and myself at the end of the night, decided to give her our tips because we knew she was struggling especially after both incidences that had happened. Even combined it was not a lot of money maybe around $150. She was not a Christian though she would at times ask questions about it and that tract actually hurt her.
I ask, if you have some of these, if you use them for tips, at least put more actual money then what it has printed on the tract. Truthfully they all should be thrown away.
