Time To Eat!

We had PBnJs in the car with fruit and veggies tonight. We don't normally do that, but had no choice with teacher's conferences for three kids lined up back to back with dance class. So I need to come up with a good solid meal for tomorrow.

Well tonight is leek and bacon flan - which I made yesterday, but it took so long to make that we couldn't eat it before I had to go out and we had to have pizza instead!

oh no! but it does sound good.

Just had cheerios, coffee, and my fiber capsules...the breakfast of 40 something moms!

The flan was lovely - pretty much like a quiche but my goodness - the acid indigestion afterwards! Must be all the eggs and cream that went into it!

last night we had DH's hamburgers!
with melted cheese, sauteed mushrooms, bacon, and lettuce, tomatoe, pickles...on a hard roll.
with that he made potatoe wedges (yum!) and steamed green beans.

i couldn't even finish my burger they were so big.

tonight is my turn to cook....hmmmmmmm.....IDK

well last night i made speghetti and meat balls (my 4yr old's suggestion! LOL!) with asparagus on the side and mangos for desert.

tonight I'm ordering Chinese....I am very tired out!

Last night DH made homeade turkey pep pizza. It was sooo good. I ate 3 slices!! (which is the equivilant to 1.5 slices of normal "order in" pizza).

Tonight Dh has to work so we are meeting for supper and we're going to have Chipotle

Some wild rice soup and bread for supper tonight. It is supposed to get chilly and rainy, so it sounded good to me.

Lasagna, bread, strawberries and fresh veggies tonight. If I get my folding done, I might have enough time to make some oatmeal cookies too.

We are having Cajun grilled chicken w/ broccoli mashed in the potatoes and cheese sauce poured over them.

last night we went to Applebee's for dinner.
what a ridiculous time we had!
The service was terrible. the food was worse.
We always had a good meal and service at Applebee's.
But lately, they are going downhill.
Friendly's too! the last time we went there, we waited 20minutes just for our drinks!
Where are all the good family restaurants??
It seems they are disappearing!
It's getting difficult to find a family oriented restaurant that actually has good food and service!

I have to "pack" a picnic supper to take to the school tonight. I have to set up for an event.
