Slow cooker meatballs. With pasta. Also some salad or cooked vegies.

One of our favorites which we had tonight is Nacho/Taco Salad...we make some taco meat with ground meat and onions and I like jalapenos as well and serve it over chips with refried beans, lettuce, salsa, cheese, sour cream (or in our house Nonfat Plain Yogurt it tastes just the same and less fat) and eat!

Feeling a bit sad, my parents were supposed to be with us today for dinner, since we wouldn't see them this Easter, and they both are knocked out with the influenza bug.

Not doing a big dinner anymore....we'll eat whatever is aroundthe house. Maybe some pancakes today.

Last night we took DH out to Ruby Tuesday's for his birthday!
tonight we are having homemade stuffed cabbage.

roast beef, mashed taters, asparagus, cauliflower, fresh baked bread, gravy, and for desert: a chocolate truffle bomb! and cheesecake!

I think tonight is pancakes. I have to do some shopping tomorrow, there's not much in the house!!!

Although we do have pumpkin soup which is LOVELY!!!! So it might be pumpkin soup and pancakes.

Yesterday I made a stew in the crockpot.

Tonight... nothing so far. It's 7:30 and while I'm hungry I have no energy to make anything and DH is out until late

Yesterday was fettucini alfredo, green salad with avocado and ham.
Tonight was salmon, petrale sole, sushi, green salad and orzo.
Tomorrow it will be lasagna

today we have 3 inches of snow! LOL!
anyway, i think i will cook fish tonight.

Tonight we are going to my IL's so I have no idea. I think though tomorrow night we'll do salmon.

Well this afternoon I had left over chicken pie that I had baked yesterday, and tonight it is spaghetti bolognese with garlic bread. Nothing seems to fill me up though. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I need more food than I used to eat as a teenager. I am constantly hungry!
