Tonight, slow cooker meatballs. Mmmmmmmmm.

dinner last night: pizza and salad

breakfast...omlet.

lunch....steak and cheese sandwich

dinner tonite: salmon, asparagus with hallondaise sauce and rice.

last night's dinner: meatloaf, smashed potatoes, mushroom gravy, peas.

breakfast: french toast sticks! yummo!

lunch: ?? who knows!

we had company for dinner last night and had: shrimp cocktail appetizer with homemade cocktail suace; grilled steak and baked potato with garlic sour cream!; peas; and for desert...apple pie a la mode! what a feast!

Tonight, meatballs and wild rice, steamed broccoli and oranges.

Hmmmmmm.....working so hard on planning Thursday that I am not doing so well planning tonight and tomorrow...

OH! and I have to bake a pumpkin pie for my daughter's class party tomorrow!

Last night we had chicken kiav for dinner with potatoes and veggies..

Tonight I think I'll make something easy like taco wraps and corn..

Oh and this morning was captin' crunch for breakfast lol

Last night was bacon and eggs with salad. I try to use the lower fat bacon.

Tonight is slow cooker meat balls with vegetables.

Left over ham, mac'n'cheese, veggies and apple sauce, because it is quick and easy to do before I rally all my Thanksgiving fare into action.

Last night was meatballs in the slow cooker. Tonight? I have no idea yet. Still thinking. Probably just baked beans. I am feeling lazy.

Today we had a nice turkey dinner with all the traditional side dishes for Thanksgiving

And of course pie

I am STUFFED!

Ugh - Friday night. I don't know yet.

well...last night's dinner: TURKEY! with stuffing, mashed tators, baked sweet potatoes, stir-fried green beans w/ mushrooms & garlic, cranberry sauce, biscuts, gravy, egg nog and coffee to drink (& water), for desert: pumpkin pie, choc cream pie, ice cream, choc choc chip cookies, all topped with whipped cream!

Made easy Turkey pot pie tonight.

Seriously, take your turkey leftoverse, chop them into bite size pieces if need be.

Put a premade crust in the bottom of a pie pan,

Add the turkey,

Add a bag of mixed veggies.

Make 2 cups of instant turkey graves (in packets), or buy it by the jar, or use any leftover gravy you might have.

Pour it in.

Put another premade crust over the top, and seal & flute the sides.

Bake in a 425 oven for about 40 to 50 minutes, slice and enjoy.

(we don't add salt or pepper, so season this according to how you would like it).
