I had a dream a few nights ago.

I was walking around and I came into contact with some man I didn't know, I sensed in my spirit he was a christian, a strong sense in my dream it was, there was madness going on in the world.

I then said to him 'How long must we wait for us to be at peace with our Lord' and it was like he was sympathetic with me, understanding what a lot of us think at this present time.

But, then somehow I was revealed the truth of this person, and they were evil, I was shown what they were really like, in my spirit, or thoughts in this dream. But I don't think he knew I knew!


THEN a day or two after this dream I was walking to the bus station, and there were people everywhere as usual, but this older couple passed me, and I heard the man say sooo clearly, I mean like everything went quiet and all I heard this man say was "sometimes it's hard to notice straight away" (I immediatley realised this was pertaining to discernment ) as he was in the middle of his conversation talking to his wife.. it was very surreal, but clear as day.

There are many things coming that will atempt to deceive us, like this guy in my dream, we need to be aware and alert.

youre right brother, As we all know time is coming up, and alot of us are going to be decieved(or tried to).
For some reason evil has endlessly tried to decieve me in my sleep..

We just cant trust anything anymore. Can you guys actually pictur a world full of deceit? It just hasnt hit me fully yet as i see it everywhere, know what i mean?

Sorry this is showing up first... things have been weird on here lately with posts showing up out of order, etc. The next post is actually the first post.

I do know what you mean. I see it all the time and it is scary. Tonight I was praying over a situation and the Lord brought this song to mind -

One I'm sure was meant for you personally, but also for all of us, since you have shared it.

The anti-christ is everywhere, but will soon form into an entity, that people will be lulled into accepting because of the chaotic disarray.

That is why they have the saying Order out of Chaos.

Your spiritual awareness will guide you and your family.

Seek to understand your instincts.

Hi Dean, I agree that this dream is powerful.
What struck me, is that you felt in your inner spirit that this person was okay, and it turned out he wasn't.

For years God has used this innner sense to warn me of danger or draw me to connect with people. It has been a great tool for guidance, and gives me confidence in dangerous situations. Your dream reminds me that we will need to be sharper and more dependent on God for our truth, and that we can easily be swayed by senses we used to have.

I was in a fellowship where a lot of prophetic activity was going on. We were even heading out to other churches to teach in prophetic areas. Prophetic words became so commonplace that some seemed diluted and vauge. At some point, I started to question that they were not all correct. I don't know what happened, but I think it's similar to your dream; that people relied on their hearing instead of on what God was saying.

Imagine being out in the fog at the edge of the water, and you hear a foghorn. You know from experience that it's coming from the lighthouse, but you can't be sure. You make that assumption. But hidden in the fog is an aircraft carrier with a foghorn on deck.

The noise fell on your ears and entered your mind in the same place your mind stores these things. But the focus was on the noise, instead of the source of the noise.

I don't want to sound wacky, but we are living in the same spaces as radio waves, wireless Internet, wireless telephone communications, satellite feeds... what is to keep us from recieving or being impacted by some of these signals that go through the air.

Right now our receptors are limited to translate traditional input of light, sound, touch, taste, smell. Sound waves have physical movement.... feeling drum corps playing, watching a stereo speaker pulse.

Interesting that this topic would come up at a time like this. This past Sunday was my turn to share a sermon. The topic was on deception and discerning false Christians and prophets in the end times. Nothing earth shattering on my part, but informative.

We note in Matthew 24 where Jesus is describing the end times, and starting from verse 9 that 1) Christians will be persecuted, 2) many Christians will fall away from the faith, 3) that Christians will betray one another, 4) because the love of many shall wax cold, and 4) many false prophets will arise. These verses are connected for a reason.

We also note in 1John 4, that between verses 1 and 6, John warns us about the anti-Christ spirit (or the proliferation of other Jesus’s). Then starting from verse 7, John abruptly talks about loving one another.

What Jesus and John are trying to convey is that true Christians (and prophets for that matter) are the ones that love God and other people. 1John 4:8- “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love.”

In times of great distress, Christians who do not love will fall away and be separated from the flock. These are the ones that will take the mark of the beast and betray you in the end. But those who follow God’s two greatest commandments, which is to love God will all your heart, and to love others like yourself, will endure to the end.

One of the sure fire ways to discern a real Christian or a prophet of the Lord is the amount of love they have for God and other people verses the love they have for themselves.
