I've known this girl for almost 2 years now and started to really get to know her about 2 months ago. We've been hanging out alot, usually in a group setting, a few one on ones. I really like her and I found out that she has feelings for me as well. Is it okay to have the DTR talk now or should I wait longer and get to know her better?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I'm going to erroneously assume he meant DNR. Y'all are too young for it, but then, so was Terri Schiavo.

Personally, I don't think it would hurt at all. I was so glad when my ex had the DTR talk with me, I had actually wanted to bring it up but didn't know what to say. If you've known each other for a long time and now seem to be spending a lot more time together, especially if it's just the two of you then I think you should. She is probably starting to wonder as well.

Go for it. Better to say something and have some result come out of it than to do nothing and wonder what could have been.
Probably something like "define the relationship".
