The Penguin Who Knew Too Much. I'm going to have to look for that one next trip to the library. Joy, Joy, I found THREE Mrs. Murphy mysteries I haven't read yet. They were out last time I looked for them. Harry and Fair FINALLY got remarried, in spite of Pewter and Mrs. Murphy nearly tearing the church apart during the ceremony. My mom has read several of the "The Cat Who..." books by Lillian Braun and they are also on my list. So many books, so little time...

I've read most of the Mrs Murphy books. I really like 'em but...I couldn't get into the last one at ALL. I think it's 'cause it wasn't set in Crozet. There's a new one due out...it's on my hold list at the library.

I have spent the better part of the evening reading sections of:

The Portable Seminary

David Horton - General Editor

Not too bad of a volume. If one wants a good generalized summary of Christian doctrine and church history, this would be a good book to have. It certainly doesn't cover everything that a proper college level education would, but for an overview, it is worth having.
