I had a widow lady, near my age grab my arm in church as I was entering for the service heading for a pew, she pulled me into the pew with her, shortly after Kim had died. I just about flipped out over it, and went to the pastor after the service and asked for help.

After more than one year had gone by I began to go out on a couple dates... was seeing a young lady this spring that turned 27 in July. My kids flipped out on me over that one. We have broken off the dating but still are friendly to each other.
Have seen a couple other also, but I still think I am not ready for a steady dating arrangement. It just don't feel right in my heart and head

I can tell you that when it's right the Lord can heal your heart for that special person He has in mind for you. I came out of a bad situation before I met my husband. I thought I'd never be able to love again...I had been too hurt...but God healed it just for my hubby. It was a miracle in my heart. So...just something to think about.

Yes it has been, I have made a lot of cyber friends, and have had some really good fun in some of these games.

I have also learned that it is much better to be kind than overbearing.
Sometimes I get aggitated with some folks because they are not understanding God's Word has "all" those scripts to guide and help us live our lives, Spiritually, socially and also "finanical" scripts cover a lot of what troubles some of us

My Pastor said she had been widowed for several years before I joined their church, and had not to his knowledge been out with anyone, that maybe she wanted to comfort me and I took it wrong, and, yes, she may have been acting "strong", lol

My husband rarely attends church and so it came to me after a while, years ago when we started attending the church we still attend now, that lots of folk thought I was a solo mother to start with.
