Texas Lynn you posted this
Roeder was seen hugging the leader of a clinic protest and had the number of an Operation Rescue staffer (another ex-felon who went to prison for a bombing). These are facts. If they are inflammatory then the truth is inflammatory. The fact is there is much documented cross pollination between the establishment antiabortion groups and domestic terrorism.
I then replied with this
Well could you provide us with a link because the only thing I have been able between Roeder and Operation Rescue as far as strong relationship is aqcuistations on message boards, blogs and unreputable activist sites.
You then posted this as a response below to my request that provide for reputable source news just more unsubstantiated accusations against Operation Resuce. So do having link to anything from reputable news source to prove that because you really haven't shown either of these claims to be fact.
The phone # of an OR staffer was found in his car.

BTW, the Justice Department is investigating these ties. I suspect eventually there will be indictments.

The people do not represent Christ in the evil they commit. They only represent themselves.

Just like, for instance, the American soldier who raped an Iraqui girl was not representing this country or its military in this instance.

Except that if the US Military publicly stated that Iraqi girls are nothing but harlots, then they could share some of the culpability.

So-called pro-life advocates constantly referring to pro-choice people, doctors and nurses as murders, must share some of the culpability when one of their own goes off the edge.

I don't decide who resides for eternity with God and who doesn't. God does. But of course you know that. It is written in the Bible for all to see. And it will be echoed for all of eternity. God hates lying. He hates sin. The murderer of Tiller will be judged just as Tiller will be. Both have blood on their hands. Tiller has infinitely more. Yes, Tiller is meeting His Maker. What he nonchalantly thought of as a decent way to make a living was sin. And as he "served" in church believing himself to be a decent man, and righteous before God, he was committing abominations. The kind that God vomits from His mouth.

Luke 17:2 "It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones."

Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

The assertion Tiller has 'blood on his hands' is unsupported. He does, but it's the blood shed in saving women's lives. He was a man of honor and cared appropriately for his patients. On that score he has done no wrong.

Is that your opinion or God's? the Bible is clear. He has shed innocent blood. He is in the hands of the living God now. There is no escape. He can explain his case there.

Will his murderer be getting a free pass?

Your speculation is reprehensible. There is nothing in the bible to condemn Tiller's medical practice. He was a humanitarian who saved countless women's lives and stands before God perfectly innoncent in that regard. Your ugly statements however are another story.

Two people are drowning in the ocean, you only have time/capacity to save one.

If you save one are you a murderer? Choosing one will kill the other.

Thats not murder. Murder is the willful taking of an innocent life. In the hypothetical situation you're presenting, you'd be saving the life of one, while not having the ability to save the other. Thats not murder.

If you let nature take it's course the sea will take them both. Does that make you guilt free?

Only if you don't try to do anything.

He is facing his Maker. You are right. There is nothing pretty about God's justice. It involves His wrath poured out without mercy. Ugly? Yes. Reprehensible? Hardly. It's perfectly just. What is reprehensible is this:

Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Hmmm. My view is a bit different. I thought justice was about mercy. I certainly hope to be a recipient of God's grace and mercy when I face my judgment.

A heaven where Tiller was excluded due to his medical practice would be a pretty evil place. In such a system what matters is not good or bad but political correctness. I do not believe a loving God would be capable of setting up such an evil system.

It is written in the Bible. God's justice is not pretty. It is just that, justice. He is holy. Justice must be done. He tells us what He hates:

Proverbs 6:16-19

16 There are six things the LORD hates, seven that are detestable to him:

17 haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood,

18 a heart that devises wicked schemes,
feet that are quick to rush into evil,

19 a false witness who pours out lies
and a man who stirs up dissension among brothers.

Wickedness, lies, darkness, and distortion of His truth cannot stand in His presence. He will cast it from Him. This includes wolves in sheep's clothing.

Isaiah 5:20 "Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Well if those things are the benchmarks for exclusion from heaven, no one will be there.

lux et lax are you speaking from your own conclusion or what God says about who will and who will not be with Him forever? God is clear as a bell, as Jesus the Christ stated Himself. Repent and believe on He Who the Father sent ye shall be saved. The "Remedy" is available, now, as you read these words.

He tells us in His Word:

Matthew 7:13-14

Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

It is written for all to see.

Brinny,

You are, finally, unequivocally wrong. What Dr. Tiller did was not murder. He provided legally sanctioned, medically-agreed late-term abortions for women whose babies would have died at birth or lived very short, pain-filled lives. Is there some kind of problem with someone offering such a service to women or are you just accepting the lies told by some of the radical pro-life sites ABOUT Dr. Tiller?

kiwimac, as i posted earlier on the thread, he is indeed meeting his Maker. He can present his case to Him.

So then what exactly was the point of posted the aforementioned laundry list?

The fact that people want to praise Tiller for his abortion work makes me sick to my stomach.

Tiller is indeed meeting his maker - and I don't think I'd want to be on the receiving end of that judgment.
