So, maybe some of you have seen me around here. I figure this may be a good chance for us to get to know each other a little more. Here, you can ask me anything about anything. Don't hesitate to ask, whether it's Biblical, personal, philisophical, controversial, silly, or whatever. I can't promise anything I say is right, but I can promise it's honest as I see it.

Do you go to church, is so what type?

Yes, I do! I go to two. One is right by my house and I'm actually not sure what denomination it is. But I like it because the pastor does a really good job of taking typical, modern day issues and illustrating how the Bible can help us with them. It's really focused on the Word. The other one kind of balances that out with it's main emphasis on music and the Holy Spirit. That church is charismatic.

What is your happiest memory?

Well, yesterday I played really well at my piano recital. Right now that is my happiest coz it's the one that I can think of right away.

What is your favourite colour?

Black. Next would be white. And then would be red.

If you could be anyone for a day who would you be?

No one is better than you at being you. And no one is better at being me than me. So, I'd be me. I'm very into the individuality that God has given me.

Yeh, it's pretty neat and kind of gives you a reality check when it comes to certain things. Regarding the other church, I know not everyone is so sure about charismatic churches, which is fine, but I truly find the most joy when I actually feel God's presence with me at that church.

I agree with you on the fact that if we try to be someone else then we will only be second best.

That's actually one of the few things from philosophy class that I picked up and fully agree with.

So you play piano, how long have you been playing?

I've only been playing since last September, but I'm really confident in my playing skills already. People seem to be surprised when they learn how short of an amount of time I have been playing. But a lot of it is hard work and desire. God has given me such a strong desire to learn about music that I think I just practice more than most people coz it seems more fun than tedious to me.

Do you play any other instruments?

Well, if you count voice as an instrument. I wouldn't say my singing skills are anywhere near my piano playing skills, though. But I'm taking lessons and am working on that.

It depends. I like cats if they're cuddly and dogs if they're larger and protective.

Heh! The funny thing about that is that I just went on a two-year music fast. So, no secular music for me for at least two years. That whittled me down to about 5 CDs. Hahah! So, I guess I feel a little inadequate to even answer your question as of now. But I will say that I think Misty Edwards is the best Christian artist today. Her music is nothing short of amazing because of how passionate and directed towards God it is.
