The 1st and 7th days of Unleavened bread are holy convocations. They are never called a Sabbath anywhere in the OT. All work is prohibited on the Sabbath.
On 1st/7th ULB the preparing and cooking of food is specifically permitted.
Since the Passover/ULB is the only other event which occurs in Passion week, ULB does not have a Sabbath, there cannot be 2 Sabbaths in Passion week.

Better version: Jesus was killed on Wednesday afternoon, and interred before sundown which would be the beginning of Thursday night. He then remained in the "earth" until Sundown on Saturday and was ressurected after sundown which would be Sunday night, and met the ladies Early Sunday morning.

You clearly claimed that Jesus was interred on Wednesday afternoon and rose Sunday night.

Wednesday afternoon to Thursday afternoon is 1 full day.

Thursday afternoon to Friday afternoon is 2 full days.

Friday afternoon to Saturday afternoon is 3 full days and nights.

Then you said that Jesus rose the next day being Sunday. No matter how poorly you count your proclaiming a fourth day resurrection.

Unless ULB (15 Nisan) occurs ON the weekly Sabbath day. Don't forget Yom HaBikkurim, that is another event during the days of ULB... Leviticus 23:9-12
