Threads Not Showing After 3days! Major Bug

I set up 5 Special cat games, Only 3 of them actually showed up
These ONES NEVER SHOWED UP!

Special cat game-Birthday Week Game 4 &
Special cat game-Birthday Week Game 5.

Defiantly NOT FIXED OR COMPLETED, THREADS THAT ARE SHOWING ARE SPECIAL CAT GAMES 1, Special cat games 2, Special cat games 3.

Might as well accept the fact these games won't show up, they just go with the missing posts!

Could you check with a moderator of the area to see if the OPs need to be approved and ask them to approve them so they show up?

Blessing Exchange, but there not showing, I think CF ate these games!

FYI - These threads are not requiring "moderator" approval and are not showing up in the "awaiting" approval queue, so that isn't the problem.

What is your "show threads" set at? I had this issue in Member drafts - I had set my "show threads one month old" so some things "dropped off". Go to User CP and click Edit Options under (Settings and Options) then in Thread Display Options Default Thread Age Cut Off - You can select from one day to Show ALL threads. Try this and see what you have set.

They are showing up in Search of Blessings echange as:

Poll: Moderated: Special Cat Games-Birthday Week GAME 5

and

Poll: Moderated: Special Cat Games-Birthday Week GAME 4

Are they not showing because of the Moderated status?

well... now that is very interesting.. they are being flagged as needing moderator approval, but they are not showing up in the approval queue.

I think I see the problem. Both were flagged as "spam". Not sure why.

Attention SirAdrian:

Both of these had the "moderated" icon in the lower right corner, but neither was showing up in the queue. However, both posts ALSO had a yellow "spam" icon next to the "moderated" icon. So they must have been flagged as spam for some reason. I cleared both by "approving". Hope that helps.

thanks for fixing it. There games, I have done similar ones before-each and everyone are slightly different, maybe they were flagged as Spam because someone didn't like the games, but alot of people in blessing exchange said they missed the games when i finished them up, the 1st time.

that why I did a few for my birthday as people told me they missed the games.

On a side note, if this crops up again we'll have to do some testing to find the cause . Spam detection is disabled for members with 100+ posts.

I sure wish you would lower that number. If someone is going to spam the forum, they usually do it as a newbie.. I think a limit of 25 posts would be better. We'd get less posts showing up in the queue, and I don't think it would increase any amount of spam on the forum.

Right now, I'm getting probably 2-3 posts a day showing up in the queue that shouldn't need approval.
