Thanks for the further explanation, Knockout. I agree that the banks are not out to solve the world's problems. They are out purely to make money.
No doubt powerful individuals (and nations) throughout history have played a role in creating the problem. As you say, vaccines and cures are withheld from those in need for profit motives. It's greed - but it's a problem not limited just to the rich.
Poor people, in their hearts, can be greedy, though not rich.
You say the church needs to become its own banking system. It's a unique idea, though I wonder: do you have any scriptural support for such an idea? I can't quite see anything along those lines suggested from the teachings of Jesus or the Bible.
You can read Acts 4:32-5:11 with Acts 6:1-7.
(I do like the concept of freely giving and receiving, however.)
"Freely you have received, freely give." (in Matthew 10:8)
Another idea I would question is that of stocking warehouses full of food and supply. I know Jesus taught for us not to worry about where our food and clothing would come from, but rather to trust Him for those things. I can appreciate the motivation, though don't you think a "stock and store" approach runs a bit counter to the lifestyle of faith promoted by Jesus?
Good point, I would say. But you might check out what tithing was for, under the law of Moses >
Deut 12:5-9 > They were to take their tithes to the place where the LORD chose to put His name. And they were to eat before the LORD. It appears that the tithe was used by the ones doing the tithing, in this case! But it was shared with the needy and the Levites >
Deut 14:22-29
Deut 26:12-15
So, I see from this how the tithers managed their tithes for their own use, plus they put of their tithes into storage for the needy and the Levites. So, it was done with personal involvement by the tithers and with organization.
Malachi 3:8-10 shows that the tithes were brought to the storehouse. So, there was storing, but in God's way, not only for one's own selfish and insecure reasons.
I can say I agree with your prediction that the dollar will soon collapse. Really, the replacement I foresee coming as the primary world currency is much, much worse. (Revelation 13:16-18) We need to warn people everywhere to avoid it.
Now, if you come up with a plan for how you are going to warn and maybe control people, this can be a way of storing up for the future . . . storing a plan of control. But God can do it better

So, we need to pray and obey; and, by the way, Jesus did say >
"the poor you have with you always, but Me you do not have always," in John 12:8,
and Matthew 26:11 and Mark 14:7 have a similar quote. So, I can see Jesus means that we are not going to change this world so there are no needy people. But we can personally care for people, however God makes the way for each of us to help people, not only with programs which can be distant and not personal sharing, but in sharing and caring relationships with ones we help, so there is love and not only handouts with one-size-fits-all rules and requirements.
What follows the replacement of mammon?
Learning to walk by faith is our benefit.
"faith working through love" (in Galatians 5:6) And I understand that love involves personal sharing and relating with ones we help. We are of the
"Spirit of adoption" (Romans 8:15); so we with our Father seek to adopt ones we help, so they become family with us

> Ephesians 4:31-32. We ourselves need to be sharing in love, or we are not feeding on God's love and we are needy, more than just lacking food and clothing and shelter. Ones can be very into humanitarian things, but starving for real love . . . not deeply strong and real so we can love the way we are called >
"with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love," (Ephesians 4:2)
Ones are very into helping to feed people, but they can be unable to share personally and sweetly with other people, but can be very dictatorial and idealistic about what everyone has to do.
As stated in OP we as a people make corruption a good thing by letting the corrupt steal millions with no consequences of takings an old persons pension for their selves along with other nefarious ways of gain.
But, most of all, judgment
"begins with us first" > 1 Peter 4:17 <
"with us" who are God's children

So, most of all is how we need to evaluate our own selves and get wise to how we ourselves can be wrong and tricky; and feed this example of honesty to others, instead of only trying to control evil people and each other >
"nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock." (1 Peter 5:3)
disdain it within our own selves, first, before we ever (gently) try to correct another (one another) on it.
Exactly . . . we get judged by God
"first" > again . . . 1 Peter 4:17.
How do we implament
Romans 12:2 into seeing in ourselves
psalms 10:4-7 ?
God brings us through correction > Hebrews 12:4-11 > which produces far better than how we can try to change ourselves and "reform" this world (2 Timothy 2:4).
God said to Abraham that, because of Abraham's obedience,
"all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice." (in Genesis 22:18)
I asked :
How do we implement Romans 12:2 into seeing in ourselves psalms 10:4-7 ?
Trust God to produce the results while we obey and keep our attention to how He rules us ourselves, in His own peace >
"And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful." (Colossians 3:15)
Be transformed from
Psalms 10
In our character, we are being cured by God's love >
"Love has been perfected among us in this: that we may have boldness in the day of judgment; because as He is, so are we in this world." (1 John 4:17)
And then He has us personally loving people, not only looking from a distance and criticizing and dictating what should be done. Do what God has you do, while He will produce His results . . . in people, not only in outward control of people who deeply are still in sin.
