i was talking to a salvo friend about patience the other day and about how we ask God for it. this is what she said

as christians we are filled with the holy spirit. if the spirit is in us then also are the fruits of the spirit, one being patience. so realy we already have it. we just need to practice using it.

Doing a little digging and came accross this
