This site is so confusing. Somebody help!

Hi. Can someone please explain why I can only see an option to post a new thread here in this section? I have almost gone crazy trying to figure this site out. I have been on the internet for 20+ years and never have this much confusion trying to get something accomplished. How do I post in another area??? Please help!

Anywhere. This is the only forum that shows me the red post button.

What I am trying to do is find the correct forum to post in. I not find a simple list of forums, so I can choose the correct one and post there.

Here is the list of forums:

Forums

Some forums you have to make at least 20 posts and have 5 positive post ratings, to be able post; also to start a blog. You can't see the red button until you have those 20 posts and 5 positive post ratings.

Start a ticket in support and an Administrator will change it for you:

So...why don't they tell you that in a new message in your inbox as a new member? It would probably save a lot of new members a lot of confusion. I have never seen such a non-user friendly forum in my whole life. I appreciate your help though. Thanks.
