My poor friend Richard was diagnosed with cancer yesterday, it has spread to his Lungs, Liver and bowls. He is such a lovely man with a happy go lucky nature. It breaks my heart to think about it. If you could only meet him for 5 minutes you would know what I mean. So I beg you my friends for one little prayer.
