If you want to claim they're in different layers, knock yourself out.

But I don't agree that the layers represent different times.

Those layers co-existed.

Just like a three-layer cakes has three layers, but the layers were all made at the same time.

So you claim.

Post 252.

You were clearly saying that human fossils and dinosaur fossils are found in layers laid down at the same time, even if they were not in the same location. This is made clear by your statements in post 254 about the kangaroos and polar bears.

Let me tell you exactly what I mean.

There is a layer in Earth's rocks that has a high level of iridium in it. It's about 66 million years old, and it's generally considered that this layer's high iridium content was a result of the impact that killed the dinosaurs. This layer can be seen in many places all around the world.

Dinosaurs are only ever found in rocks BELOW than the iridium layer.

Humans are only ever found in rocks ABOVE the iridium layer.

Why should this be the case if humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time?

Why is it that all the dinosaurs died and were buried in layers of rock that were laid down BEFORE the event that created the Iridium layer, but this never happened to any Humans? Even if you assume that humans and dinosaurs lived at the same time and the Humans just kept away from the dinosaurs, there's no explanation for why there are no human remains BELOW the iridium layer, and there's no explanation for why there are no dinosaur remains ABOVE the iridium layer.

They are in different layers, and your denial of that won't change that fact.
But I don't agree that the layers represent different times.
Then how is it that the rock layers around the K-T boundary are so neatly separated? Why is the iridium found only in that one layer and not in the layers above or below it?
Those layers co-existed.

Just like a three-layer cakes has three layers, but the layers were all made at the same time.
Can you provide any evidence for this claim?
