Lye is an ingredient in soap -- not that most of us who do speak English as a first language would be able to describe it anyway!

Have you ever made almond bark soap? Would you try to make it?

No, this will be the first time I've made soap. Have you made soap before?

Lye is called sodium hydroxide. It is made of wood ashes and is highly combustable (if thats how you spell it)

Yeah, it was pretty interesting. I went to the library and got this whole stack of books, and I'm still reading through them.

About 70, not to mention the many more I have packed away from when I was little. I read a lot christian fiction, but I usually get it at the library.

No, not really. The soap books were interesting at first but now they're getting boring, I think I've read too many. Lol.

Yep, I do. I love summer weather and like to spend a lot of time outside, and I've done that several times this summer.
