Actually, children can already pray in schools without punishment. Teachers and other school officials may not lead the students in prayer, but students may pray when and how they wish--if they are not allowed, then that is a matter of discrimination. Most people think that praying in schools has been outlawed, but the truth is that individuals may pray when they choose. The silly little saying about as long as there are tests in school there will be prayer is pretty accurrate.
Anyway, if one person caused a whole generation to lose sight of God, their faith must have been extremely weak--and what accounts for the numbers of believers today? Hmmm. Also, the 9th Court of Appeals did not win or lose anything--the defendants in court cases win or lose, not the court itself.
