What's facebook?

facebook is similar to myspace -- just as secure with people being able to find you or not -- but a lot easier to use! it started out just for high school & college kids, but now it has opened up to everyone :)

I didn't like MySpace. I always got a lot of Porn Spam. I got tired of going there to delete it all the time so I just deleted my account.

Bleh...I'm just getting so upset at Foru.ms lately. It gets worse daily :( I just want to complain, but it does no use. It's not going to get better, is it? :(
Don't let yourself get too discouraged! There are a lot of people here who are making a positive difference in the lives of others. I'm sure you have planted many seeds that the Lord will care for. He's using you to do His work on earth!

Peace be with you!

It would have been our 2nd anniversary on Oct 1st. :(

 :crossrc:
She sure didn't give it much time, did she? I thought you had been together longer than that. How sad that she didn't give you the opportunity to work together on things that might have been less than ideal. Did she even try to take you to the woodshed to adjust yout attitude? It seems as though she just gave up. :(

I don't know what to say PR-----------she never tried at all. Even though she said she tried to "fix" things. I'm really observant and I still don't know what went on.

I've lost my enthusiasm for life. I should be out gathering and cutting wood and working on my "farm" that I love. But I just can't get motivated to do anything. I've lost all interest in anything but getting away and traveling. I've let my friends and family slide. I'm getting to be a cranky old man. I can't even get any interest in seeing other ladies. Just seems to be too much of a hassle and not worth my time.

There---I had my pity party.

These things take time. You need to allow yourself some time to process the grief of coming to terms with the future and outcome of your life that you were set on. It's not something that's going to happen in a short time.

As hard as it is, you should force yourself to take care of the work tasks around the house. You'll feel better and it will likely help clear your mind of the fog being created by your focus on what's wrong. It works for me and I'm a hard-headed analytical thinker, too, which is not always a good thing.

When people don't do what they said they were going to, it's hard for use to get our heads around, right? You sure as heck meant your vows, why didn't she? I know exactly what you're going through, but it will pass, if you allow God to take the weight of it off your heart and out of your head. You must pray for mercy and relief. He will help you. You know that.

Have you been going to church? Are you being fed? Is there a pastor you can just sit and vent with? Does AAL sponsor anyopne offer counseling services in the area? I saw an Aid Assoc. referred counselor for a while after my divorce and it did help.

I really wish you'd find someone trained and ordained to share your feelings and disappointments with so he could help you find some peace and resolution within. A collar would be the first thing I'd seek. Surely there is someone who would be willing to help you begin to heal.

I was counseling with my pastor for awhile and he helped but I have a problem with using him. Odd feelings stand in the way because, to me, he hasn't fulfilled his call and therefore I can't take him seriously though what he says has helped me somewhat. I am in transition on finding another church so I wouldn't be using him anyway.

I just ran out of my 5HTP and that helps when I take it. I need to get back on it. I use that instead of prescription meds. I have an affinity against drugs.

Thanks for your insight.

Guess I'm going to have to check out facebook

Rad hope you find the peace you need.

My mother in law was put in the hospital yesterday, the dr doesn't know what's going on yet and he's going to start running some tests on her. She wasn't feeling good, by the time she was put in the hospital her blood pressure was way to high. She has to deal with parkinson's too. She'll be 85 in November. She could use some prayers
