Studeclunker, thanks for the picture of the hummers. I had a hummingbird moth in my flower garden yesterday. They tend to show up about sunset. Look a lot like hummingbirds until you notice the antenna. They like the coneflowers and hollyhocks.

You know, I saw one of those moths for the first time three days ago. It was blithely going from flower to flower with me just a foot or so away. Facinating creature! Biggest moth I've ever seen.

I hope your mouth is feeling better by now. I've had 3 teeth pulled and wear a bridge also. Not quite like having your own teeth but beets not having any at all


Besides, its so much fun to spit your teeth out in your hand and brush them

the place in my mouth were teeth once were feels fine not sure if i will have a removable bridge or not, but i think it would be fun! now starting mid-september i will start a series of 3-6 appointments to get that bridge going including doing brand new impressions (which i just did 3 weeks ago, which was 2 weeks before the tooth was pulled)

Went and stayed at the lake, got up this morning and decided to check this LCMS church, its a small church, even got the new hymnals, I enjoyed the old service, the sermon was good, I'll probably be going to this church whenever we're down at the lake staying over the weekend

Talk about dental work, I got a partial. took me awhile to get used to them but wear them all the time

Yeah. It's the color of the Scotch-Irish. No self respecting Irishman would wear orange, ESPECIALLY on St. Patty's day.

Orange reminds me of halloween.

Halloween is my daughter's favorite holiday. Her whole year revolves around it. Soon after Christmas she started asking me when it will be Halloween. "Well, first we have your birthday, then Easter, then spring, then school ends, then summer. Then school begins again in the fall. And THEN it will be Halloween"

It's our favorite as well. I noticed in my Good Housekeeping last night that they were already advertising Halloween sites and suggestions. I have to be careful and not go overboard as we have plenty of stuff.

Halloween candy was put out at the Walgreens around here the week after the 4th of July.

Halloween is one of my favorites!!! For my daughter's 8th birthday we had a Haunted Basement party and scared all the little girls It was really a lot of fun!! I had so many good ideas that I got from the web and created a lot of good effects.

I love Halloween as well. Just love having the kids come to the house and get candy or soda...depending on what I "serve" that year.
