I love oolong. When I lost the first 30 pounds (which has come back, I'll admit) I treated myself to a Yixing teapot. It's small, only five inches tall, about enough for two Chinese tea cups, or one of mine. You put in the leaves, brew the tea, and then pour out immediately. You can re-brew oolong a number of times, with each brewing havinga different... character.Where's the fun in that???Half the fun of Beagles is the 'singing'. We used to have a bi... um... female who thought she was quite the virtuoso.
I found a new tea at Big Lots day before yesterday. It's called Premium Peony White Tea. Good stuff. The only drawback is that it's like Oolong. One must pull the leaves out as soon as it's brewed. Otherwise it has a tendency to become bitter. Kinda like old girlfriends, lonely parents... never mind. Anyway, good stuff.
