No, my problem now is that the food tastes too good. My waist will attest to that. Maybe I need to take another trip back to Nam

Other than the poolside baptism and Harry Potter (they are making a theme park for him), DaRev is heading out on vacation - seems he is visiting family in StL and then sneaking into Texas to be a fill in Pastor at Porter's church. It seems to be quite the topic.

Well, I need to do things around here, that laundry pile seems to be growing as well as other stuffs.

First going to Colorado to see my brand new grandbaby. THEN it's off to St. Louie to see my other son and grandson. Then on to Texas. But I would hardly call it "sneaking." That would presume that no one knows I'm coming, and I hardly think that's the case... right, Porter?

Last sunday I went to my old church, today I went to another one. I may stick with this one, going to go again next sunday to it, the regular pastor wasn't there. They have a retired pastor going there and he did the sermon and service. He first got up there and said he was celebrating his 44th aniversary of his 39th birthday. All in all he gave a good sermon. This is the church where I went with on the trips to Biloxi and New Orleans. I was talking today to one of the people that went on the trip. I asked him if there was another trip in the process, he said there's been just talk and since our pastor left that they said something about not asking the ones that's been on the trip at our church to come but he told me I'd be more than welcome to come if they did one. They started this church that I had been going to and since its grown some since it started, I think they are trying to break away. Both youth groups used to get together all the time at either church but they hadn't done that in over a year. Like I said I'm going to go back next sunday
