Checkup is tomorrow. I just had my 1 year post treatment anniversary. I'm still a little scared of recurrence but I know that no matter what, God's going to take care of me!

Best wishes, Quilt Angel, for a really clean checkup!!

Kae

Praying that all of you have a good clean bill of health

I pray Kae and QA remain healthy for many years to come :)
Ditto. I'll be praying for good doctor reports. Tiger's next is on Monday.

I'm a little sad yet happy today. My father's closest friend passed away yesterday. He had numerous ailments, including recently diagnosed cancer. I think the only thing he didn't suffer from was baldness. He'd been sick a long time. The Lord released him from his earthly pain and took him Home. :) But we're gonna miss him. :( Anyway, he was Lutheran, so there will be jello at the funeral....

Always happy to pray for children, especially some one so brave as Tiger :)

In a way, I'm glad they're sending her back, but in a way, I feel sorry for her.

One can only hope that jail might actually do her some good. I doubt that she even knows the meaning of dicipline or having to sacrifice something, but she will have a small education now.

Well, I am glad they sent her back. These young starlets who are famous for being famous are pulling all sorts of stunts that get them in trouble and then get their hands slapped. Then we wonder why our own kids think they can do anything and not pay the consequences.

Now if she has a medical need that would be a need for her to be released, proper channels need to be followed.

Reading the story of her being sent back, she cries "it's not right" and "Mom". This is one time where Mom can't control it.

It is not right that she was driving under the influence and violating her parole.

Now, she and all her contemporaries are in my prayers that they can get their act together and become responsible adults.

Ok, guess you now know what I think.

I heard the medical reason was that she wasn't eating the jail food. If she thinks that is bad she should have to live for 15 monthes on what I ate in Viet Nam. That was real garbage. I only weighed 145 pounds when I came home. The food was so greasy that most of it was unedible. C-rations were a treat, and in 1968 when I was over there, they were from 1945-1955. Nothing new for sure.
