Yeah, I know the feeling... I still feel like I'm twenty-one inside.... It's the outside that's going to Hell in a handbasket!

Yeah, till you can't go jogging because of bad knees , you can't do Bench Presses because of bad shoulders and elbows , can't pick up anything too heavy because of bad back... Like I said, LOL, the inside is the same but the rest of it is going... well, you get my drift, I'm sure. And people wonder why old men are grumpy...

Oh yeah, and let's not forget the "Middle Age Spread," now there's frustration for ya!

Hey guys - God blessed me with 8 hours of sleep last night! That never happens for me.

It's still winter here in Michigan - only 18 degrees this morning. I hope this is the end of all the cold weather.

Do yourself a favour, don't take a nap. No matter how strong the temptation, don't nap. It encourages the sleep problems. I've also found that drinking anything cafinated after noon is a problem.

Yeah - I've been told this, but a nap is the only way I can get through my day with the fibro sometimes. I don't drink caffeine after about 10am though.

this being Fat Tuesday and all, and thanks to someone "planting the seed" i am now CRAVING pancakes!!!! mmmmmm......pancakes......with butter and syrup.....and sausage to dunk in the syrup.....yummmmmmy.......

the pancakes for dinner on Fat Tuesday was a colossal mistake of gargantuan proportions.....sigh.....but i'm feeling much better now!! yay!!

Ash Wednesday service last night was absolutely wonderful....we were blessed with somewhere between 20 and 30 people there for service, and every one of them went up for their ashes.....had Communion.....a wonderful sermon (which unfortunately i can't remember now what it was about).....and lots of fellowshipping....i feel very very blessed.....

today is a day for not doing much of anything, and i'm really looking forward to it!! LOL.....then the next 3 days are off and running at light speed.....
