When I'm telling someone something and I'm about a second from making my point, and they interject. By the time they're done saying what they wanted to say, I can't make my point anymore because it no longer fits.

I guess that doesn't really test my patience, but is more along the lines of frustrating. Unless it happens a bunch of times.
