i actually heard the following conversation at one of my jobs:

"sam, what happened to your computer?"
(there is a huge dent in the side of one side of the pc, and the cover is missing off the other side, and a gaping hole in the front--i am not kidding here...)

"well, i don't like this pc sir."

"what was wrong with the pc before you did all that to it?"

"well, sir, it was going too slow."

"you did THAT to your computer that was going too slow??? when did you do this sam?"

"uh, yesterday, sir."

THE NETWORK WAS DOWN YOU IDIOT!!!! (guess who said that one...)

"uh, i know sir.. that's why the cover is missing.. i tried to fix it, but i put my knee on it, and it bent outward, so i couldn't get it back on ......


(long pause ensues....)

i'm fired; aren't i sir?..."

Uh, yeah. There is no moral in the store and nobody cares about their job because your stadards are hypocritical and amoral. Your expectations are too high for minnimum wage, and everybody particpates in back stabbig and gossip because they are afraid to get fired. You are a hypocrite becasue you rule with fear but you are afraid at the same time. You and everybody else in this store should tell your boss to "shove it" and find jobs that are more worthy of human beings, like coal mining.
