My 30's have been better then my 20's in most aspects. I do have a few gray hairs...and don't seem as motivated with my job/career as i was before. I'm not financially where i'd like to be (of course my exh not paying child support doesn't help).

But overall, it's good. I've traveled, I've lived my life, I've been divorced and not in an abusive marriage anymore so that's big, I've dated a lot, I've met wonderful people and made new friends (the dates that didn't work out)...I've grown up :)

I still look young for my age, I feel young BUT I do despair and get angst about 'getting older'. It's the one thing I fear, aging.

The 30's were much more exciting to me than my 20's. When you are young no one takes you seriously and because of your age you are limited to just how much of the pie you can get.

Downside:
Getting older means health problems. (Never used to know or care what my prostate was).
Exercise is more painful and less productive.
Now I know why my parents always took those afternoon naps.
Being single and over 30 sucks. Most of the good ones are gone and you're stuck with whatever's left.
Not so easy changin careers.
