There is NO risk to me if I am wrong about "certain" doctrinal positions.

If I observed the Saturday sabbath just because others thought that I should, it would make me a hypocrite because I would be doing it just to please those who believe in it.

you would still have a Bible in that case and could read it to find out what it said.

Yes. I read the decision of the council at Jerusalem with James as the spokesman for the Apostles giving a letter for Paul to give to the Gentile believers containing a list of recommendations to preserve the unity between Gentile and Jewish believers. The list includes not eating meat dedicated to idols, not eating blood, and refraining from fornication. The list did not include changing from their Sunday worship to observing the Saturday Sabbath. Therefore the Apostles did not require Gentile believers to observe Saturday Sabbath as a condition for being seen as genuine believers in Christ. This means that non-Jewish Christian believers are under no obligation to observe the Saturday Sabbath as a condition for being true believers in Christ.

Maybe you missed that bit in the Bible.

Bob, do you honestly think folks who don't agree with your opinions don't read their bibles?
The difference is that most genuine believers read their whole Bibles and see the developments under the New Covenant, rather than random non-contextual Old Covenant verses out of it and try to apply it to others.

True - but it did not include
1. Love God with All your heart
2. Do not take God's name in vain
3. Love your neighbor as yourself

and others

God thing they were not trying to delete the Bible and come up with a "tiny two verse Bible" instead.

The list did not include changing from their Sunday worship

No text says they had a weekly Sunday worship. Sunday is not a term used in the Bible.

In the Bible we have terms like -

1. week-day-1 first day of the week
2. seventh day
3. Sabbath
4. Lord's Day

All NT writers that reference worship on Sabbath - are always talking about the 7th day.

All NT writers use the term "week day 1" (first day of the week) -- not "Sunday".

There is "Every Sabbath" Acts 18:4 Gospel preaching to gentiles and Jews in the Bible.

There is no "every first day of the week - Gospel preaching"

Not sure what this has to do with the list in the OP and associated risk.

Good thing we can all 'read' the New Covenant.

Jer 31:31-34
31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the Lord, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah, 32 not like the covenant which I made with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, although I was a husband to them,” declares the Lord. 33 “But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord, “I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 34 They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the Lord, “for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.”

Unchanged in the NT as we see in Heb 8:6-12

Are you trying to insert an idea related to the OP about "risk" here?
