Do you look to science as your hope, your security, and your safety net? Do you go to God only after science has failed you, only after the medicine doesn't work, or only after your comforts are threatened?

Is television an idol to which you sacrifice your time and energy? Are the pleasures offered by technology, which is the child of science, the fruit you seek more than God? How much of your dependence upon God has been replaced by your dependence upon things?

Science is the creation of God and God is the Sovereign of all. Look inside your own heart and see which is truly on the throne.

It would be foolish to conclude that. To say that there are not "wolves" prowling around as "sheep" is quite contrary to the Bible and the warnings it gives of such people.

Ya know what, you're kinda right. Thing is, rkonfire, that since there are so few people who post in this forum regularly, we'd easily be able to detect them and have them kicked out.

But there are so many more non-believers in the General Apologetics (not Christian Apologetics, that's a planning forum) that need to hear the Christian message!

You should copy / paste your first post into a new thread there and show them the One True God!

There may be more non-Believers there, but that still doesn't make your statement right. I'd hate the people who are reading this to think that all "Christians" are "Christians", so to speak.

Also, it is not as easy as you think to detect these people. I have seen them destroy churches in my home town (this includes two of my previous churches) and turn true Bible-believing Christians against each other. It is a REALLY sad sight and so I made my statement as a warning.

I don't see the problem with posting this in a Christian only thread. It is pretty arrogant of anyone to think that they have it all together. Do we not need reminding that God should take 1st place on the throne of our hearts? I know I need it at times, In no way have I ever, nor do I expect to ever "arrive" Reminders are good, we have to struggle constantly with keeping God Almighty first in our lives, we are HUMAN, and we err. Thank you, may we all examine ourselves daily to guard our own hearts.
