If simply getting liberals upset is your main aim then your political movement isn't going to last very long.
I agree. The question is "how much damage can they cause during their brief moment on stage"?

Thankfully they seem fairly incompetent at actually having any coherent agenda.
Oh, they're extravagantly incoherent. That, unfortunately, doesn't make them less dangerous. Arguably it makes them more so.

Do you think that the 'good people' walking among these guys didn't notice the swastikas? They didn't see the big Nazi flags the crowd was flying? They didn't hear the chants of 'blood and soil' and 'Jews won't replace us'? They didn't see all of the Nazi and Klan imagery on signs, tattoos and weaponry?

I'll concede that there may have been 'good people' there if you will concede that those same people are either blind, deaf and dumb or astoundingly stupid.

That is, you can't find a quote where the president said what you claimed, meaning that you lied.

Without competence and coherence in ones agenda, the incompetence spreads to anything you try to accomplish.

Trump Defends White-Nationalist Protesters: 'Some Very Fine People on Both Sides'

And where, precisely, in this quote are the KKK, nazis or white supremacists mentioned?

I keep seeing people say that the president endorsed these groups, but whenever I ask for a quote I never get one that mentions any of them. Instead I get quotes where it has to be explained to me what each word really means.

We all witnessed how hate, resentment and blame can be easily channeled during the campaign. With the help of the right wing media, a campaign that new how to target their audience (and perhaps a few bots/trolls, etc), that morally repugnant message won the White House.

He said there were good people on both sides, so we should ask him who on earth he thinks he is talking about.

In terms of concrete, long term goals, sure. My concern is for the harm they'll do as their incompetence manifests.

That's because it's a simple straight forward agenda, so it didn't require much coherence.

Actually governing well or accomplishing anything...

He said there were good people on both sides, so we should ask him who on earth he thinks he is talking about.

You might criticize him for being unclear, but to say that he said anything about supporting nazis or any similar group would be a lie. I think that we can all agree on this, if we simply read what the president actually said and restrict our analysis to that.

Far too many people are treating the interpretation of news outlets of what the president said as what the president actually said.

Which two sides do you think he's talking about?

He had to be talking about someone there and one one of the "sides" of the violence.

And the only people there were literal Nazi's the KKK, white nationalists, and people comfortable marching along side them.

He said there were good people on both sides, so we should ask him who on earth he thinks he is talking about.

....Trump believes he saw these "good people"....

TRUMP: I will tell you something. I watched those very closely, much more closely than you people watched it. And you have — you had a group on one side that was bad, and you had a group on the other side that was also very violent, and nobody wants to say that, but I’ll say it right now. You had a group — you had a group on the other side that came charging in without a permit, and they were very, very violent.

(CROSSTALK)

TRUMP: Go ahead.

QUESTION: Do you think that the — what you call the alt-left is the same as neo-Nazis?

TRUMP: Those people — all of those people — excuse me. I’ve condemned neo-Nazis. I’ve condemned many different groups. But not all of those people were neo-Nazis, believe me. Not all of those people were white supremacists, by any stretch. Those people were also there because they wanted to protest the taking down of a statue, Robert E. Lee.

So — excuse me. And you take a look at some of the groups and you see — and you’d know it if you were honest reporters, which in many cases you’re not, but many of those people were there to protest the taking down of the statue of Robert E. Lee.

In his own words: President Trump on Charlottesville protest

Here is a straight forward, yes/no question.
Do you believe there were 'good people' marching and protesting with the alt-right?
