You are on the broad path... The broad way is works... The narrow way is Jesus alone. So there's your answer to that.How but the narrow way and wide road scripture? Are you saying we no longer need to take the narrow way and now the wide road leads to heaven if we should choose that route?
And I think you are confused about Christs easier yolk.
His way is easier than a life of sin. IOW, if we do as he asks and simply try to do right instead of saying we can live a life of whatever sin we like, we will have true happiness and an "easier" life in Christs ways, than that of a life of sin.
So you bend the bible out of proportion if you like, and tell everyone that means we can do it the easy way and sin all we like, and still make it to heaven, but I assure you, yours is the frightening way, and I recommend everyone be afraid of OSAS...very afraid.

You should know our take on that already, it's a work in progress. The more we want heaven, the more we will concern ourselves about doing right, and the more we do as Christ says we must do in order to get to heaven, the more secure we will be. It ain't over till it's over, people fall away all the time, and it all depends where we are when we die or Christ returns.
Knowing I will stand before Christ in the Judgment one day, I would be frightened to death to teach anyone eternal security. That's for those so selfish they don't want to do as God says, so they pretend throughout their life, it's ok to be selfish, at least as far as getting to heaven goes, and if I were you, I'd at least keep it to myself.

I think it's all something some man taught you, and I think the trickery involved in it, as in trying to make innocent seekers feel guilty for doing as God told them to do is sickening, so I'll have no part in what you "think" your going to accomplish with those tactics.
Some of us are still awake, and just because you are unable to see what an awful thing that is to do to people in order to guilt them to coming over you your side, we can still see it.

You don't think you can serve God and love him and do good works for him while at the same time believing in the gospel and knowing works don't save you? You are simply serving him out of fear, not out of genuine love? Then you need to change your mind (repent).... You clearly somehow have it in your mind I'm supposed to get some kind of point from a bunch of random verses you have posted...Sorry, it doesn't work that way for anyone. If I did that to you, you'd be clueless as I am what you are doing.

Which are portions of 1 Corinthians 1 and 2 that are literally in context.
