About a year or more ago, I got the word melt in praise, with a group and it was confirmed by another.

To me this was important, to relax and not stress and allow the Spirit to hold me without me resisting... Focusing on him, like a cat allowing the owner to pick it up.

Anyone else get a word like this, that helps them receive?

The Presence of The Lord will melt every fibre of your being. He is Love and that Love will melt you. It is not something we do, it automatically happens when He is near.

To melt means either " make or become liquefied by heat" or "make or become more tender or loving".
Which to do think the spirit is directing you to do?
I think at first I need to be soft and accepting of God's presence. I tend to stress and tense up, even fear.
